This is a typical soft cheese, made from pasteurised whole sheep´s milk.
Seasoning: more than 20 days.
External appearance: cylindrical shape with flat sides, smooth or lined crust, more or less uniform straw-yellow colour.
Diameter 14-18 cm, height 6-8 cm.
Internal characteristics:white tending towards straw-yellow, compact structure, relatively elastic and tender texture.
Flavour:sweet.
The product comes vacuum-packed.
