SEMI-SEASONED PECORINO LARGE RESERVE - SLICE This semi-hard table cheese is made from pasteurised whole sheep´s milk. Also suitable for grating. Seasoning:3-4 months. External appearance: cylindrical shape, relatively hard crust, pale yellow colour. Internal characteristics: whitish straw-yellow tending to turn pale gold with age;compact, crumbly once mature, with sparse small holes. Flavour: full and decisive, slightly spicy thanks to the use of lamb rennet. The product comes vacuum-packed. The weight shown is the minimum guaranteed weight. |
