An authentic delicacy.
This delicacy is prepared using nothing but sugar, flour and the freshest of eggs. Once baked, the peaches are flavoured with Alkermes syrup and filled with the finest marmalades, or with rum and a cocoa/hazelnut cream. These soft, light, filled ladyfingers are perfect at any time of day.
Ingredients: fresh eggs, sugar, 00 flour, filling with alkermes syrup or apricot marmalade.
