A typical Sardinian cheese with a light straw-coloured spun curd, provola classica has a soft consistency, a delicate and lightly aromatic flavour and a thin crust. It is made from the fully pasteurised milk of selected cows reared throughout the island, along with salt, whey and cow´s milk yeasts.
The cheese is vacuum-packed.
