This Sardinian semi-hard table cheese is made from pasteurised whole sheep´s milk.
Seasoning: 3-4 months.
External appearance: cylindrical with flat sides, smooth crust, straw-yellow colour tending towards brown with seasoning.
Internal characteristics: white colour tending towards straw-yellow with age; compact, with sparse small holes, this is a soft and elastic cheese.
Flavour: sweet and aromatic, with grainy touches, slightly spicy.
The product comes vacuum-packed.
